It is nice to be able to write a bit more than a status every once in awhile so here's some recent news, info, and upcoming ventures.
The Studio...
Well this has been a process but officially my studio will be up and running this month. My wonderful hubby and friends surprised me with doing all the flooring so now we just have to do a coat of paint and I've already bought a tonne of decor and props to set up. CANNOT WAIT! This Fall and Winter it will be easy to book shoots for children, small families, and Xmas photos. Still love the outdoor ones so I'll of course be booking both.
2011 Xmas Specials: (I'm posting these now because I'm getting booked up for Oct)

Xmas Special 1:
1 hr Photo Session
1 Location (outside or up to 4 people in the studio)
1 8x10
or
20 custom designed 4x6 Xmas photo cards (printed like a photo)
CD with 40-60 edited images for future printing and sharing.
$80 Tax In
Xmas Special 2:
1-2 hr Photo Session
1-2 Locations if needed (outside or up to 4 people in the studio)
1 8x10
CD with 70-100 edited images for future printing and sharing.
25 Custom designed Xmas cards: 4x5.5 Postcard type (upgrade to folded Cards with your own verse on the inside for only: $15 more)
$125 Tax In.

End of summer Kids mini sessions:
When: Sunday, Aug 28th, 2011
Where: From 9am-3:30pm in studio, 4-7pm outdoor (TBA...local to Belleville)
Length: 25 Minutes
What's included: 30-40 Edited images on disk to print and share without copyright.
Price: $40.00 tax in for 1 child. Additional Children each $10.00
Kids Halloween or Xmas sessions:
When: 1st: Sunday Sept 25th 2nd: Sunday, Nov 6th
Where: Studio
Length: 25 Minutes
What's included: 30-40 Edited images on disk to print and share without copyright and 25 3x3 Custom photo cards to give to family and friends.
Price: $50.00 tax in for 1 child. Additional Children each $10.00 (+ extra $15 if want separate 3x3 cards)
Santa Baby Boudoir Mini Sessions (Something new now that I have the studio :)
When: Sunday, Oct 30th
Where: Studio
Length: 30-45 Minutes
What's included:
On the day of: Up to 3 wardrobe changes, complimentary snacks and champagne (or sparkling grape juice)
Afterwards: 20-30 edited images on disk without copyright and a 3x3 leather mini nightstand album to put in your significant other's stocking ;)
Price:$80 tax in
Tips and Info:
>Book with friends and make it a girls day!
>Your husband will be shocked and so thankful you did this unique gift for him.
>You are doing this session to feel glamorous and sexy so make sure you relax and are ready to have fun with the process. Nvision productions has the client privacy promise so that you can ensure only the photographer will view and edit your photos. Sensual, sassy, sultry ..customize your shoot to your comfort level. Wear as little or as much as you would like.
>Wear a bit more make-up than usual unless you are going for a natural look.
>Having your nails painted, using necklaces as props and high heels are perfect.
>Practice your face in the mirror to get an idea of the expression you like for these type of photos. It is one of the few types of photography where a big smile isn’t ideal.
>A variety of outfits with different materials and colours are great. Anything from really skimpy lingerie to a man’s jersey and tube socks!
>Wearing your hair down without too much product allows for us to change it up if you want different looks.
>Look at men's magazine's like Maxim or a Victoria Secret catalogue as these are the type of poses and faces you may want to be doing.
>Don't use too much make-up to cover up blemishes as they will be easily removed in the editing process.
